Looking at USCIS timelines, it seems to me every service center has gone backwards.

 

CSC is showing 

 

 

I-751 Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence Removal of lawful permanent resident conditions (spouses of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents May 14, 2016

 

 

If am not wrong it was showing July 2016 as of November 30 2016

Hello everyone. I need some advice. I have sent my package thinking we have strong proof. But now I feel like we should've sent bank statements from the whole two years and not only the most recent 3. 

We formed an LLC together beginning last year which we both contract under for the same company. We have many credit cards together and business accounts so in my mind the most recent 3 statements were sufficient. But are they?

 

Should I send the bank and credit card statements as additional proof now or wait for a possible RFE????

This waiting for the biometrics letter is driving me crazy! I know we will be waiting forever after the biometrics is complete but I just want to get that part finished.  Uggg!! :girlwerewolf2xn:

Good luck, Neilsqueen, I would think you will get your letter in the next few days judging by your timeframe. VSC seems so slow compared to CSC although I just saw someone post the CSC seemed to go backward on their processing dates! I guess we are all in for a wait, but yes it is a relief to get the biometrics done. But then, the status online does not change, and I guess we just wait!

Thanks so much @Davesings for your encouragement!  I can't wait until next year when hubby applies for citizenship.  It will be so nice to live a normal life and not worry about immigration processes any longer!!

Little advice or help if anyone is aware. I checked my status on the website and it is telling me my fee was waived...should I be concerned?

Don't worry.  Many on here are getting the same message.  They have contacted USCIS and they are saying it is a computer error.  Others are saying it's due to one check being made for the I-751 and biometrics.  Nonetheless, no need to worry.  Hope this helps :D

No worries, everyone' s status once a biometric is generated says that fees are waives. You have nothing to worry about

I have few questions before filing form I-751, I hope some of you can help me out. My husband who is an active US Military is stationed overseas while me his wife/dependent is staying here in US. My questions are:

 

1. Do we need to complete two fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for each petitioner and dependent since he is the only one overseas while I am here in US or its not necessary for us to file this?

 

2. Or will it just be him who will need to do the fingerprint card (Form FD-258) since he is the only one residing overseas?

 

3. What will happen if we will not submit this completed fingerprint cards?

 

4. Do we need to put on top of Form I-751, "ACTIVE MILITARY" if incase we dont submit this fingerprint cards and just file it as regular I-751.

 

I have tried calling both USCIS and the Military Help Line but they can't get answer my questions and can only provide me with general answers. Hope someone can help me. Thank you!
