I have question after my wife's Bio 3 weeks later we check the Green Card Status on myUSCIS and there's no further update. Is this normal, how can we find out her Bio went through, etc.?

Yes that's normal. The case status won't update until there is action taken (approval, RFE, denial etc).

So I just called USCIS because when I check my case online it was showing my fees were waived whereas its already been cashed and I have already done by bio. Guy who picked up the phone told me there was probably a glitch in the system and my case is good because I have already completed my bio , it will update online within 30-40 days. Also, I also asked if there were to be any RFE or interview will it reflect on my online status and he said If I were to get any RFE it would be before the biometrics, I was surprised. I don't if anyone have encounter the same answer please let us know. If he is right I guess all the people who have completed their biometrics are good to go :)

I don't think he is correct.  I've read cases on here where people have received RFE's 6 months after submitting their packet.  I doubt this too because they would have had to go thru the entire package and review it to see if everything is there.  I would think they would just approve or deny at this point and not wait a year to give an answer.  Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.  I would love to be wrong lol.

I think you're exactly right. It just sounds like more old garbage from the USCIS mis-information line.

I agree with Neilsqueen. My biometrics appointment letter was dated 3 days after my package reached USCIS. It's highly unlikely that the officer went through the entire package in that much time.

 

I have had another experience where uscis customer service did not provide accurate info. Sometimes you need to call a few times and talk to multiple customer service reps to get an accurate answer.
