August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Hopefully you will receive your NOA soon. When you sent your package, did you get any kind of tracking? If you did and they question why you didnt file on time you can show that you sent a package in a timely manner but probably got misplaced.

Sending the package for ROC is worst than AOS beacuse is a PO box and you have to send ib via USPS, other applications are sent to physical addresses and you can send them UPS or FedEx and you can have an actual signature of the person who received them.

Yes, the tracking shows it was delivered on 1/20. Of course, I don't have a signature because it's a PO box, but I do have the tracking number and the receipt from UPS, who sent it to USPS to deliver.

 

The issue here is, I will lose my job until they find the package, since I won't have any proof of status. Which is why I probably want to re-file before by GC expires on 2/25, but I'll go to InfoPass next week to see if they can do anything else for me before I do that. I doubt they'll give me a stamp, since I don't have a receipt, I have been told this earlier. I just called the 1800 number again and they confirmed that they don't have my application registered in the system. I check my account every hour to see if the checks were cashed. Nothing.

Hi, I wonder if you sent the package to the wrong USCIS center. If you live in Florida, you should send it to California service center, not Vermont service center.

Sent my package on 1/26/17.

Was received and singned on 1/27/17 by the california center.

The wait begins. Good luck everyone!

Check was cashed on tue the 31st at CSC. Stil no NOA. How long does it usually take from the check being cashed to noa in the mail?
