Looks like the usual proof to me. Should be absolutely sufficient if it were up to me :)

We've sent our package to VSC on Jan 19, it was received on Jan 23 (exactly 2 weeks ago) but we still have no feedback. Even the check was not cashed. Should we be worried?

DCF, CR-1

2014-10-15 - I-130 filed in Moscow, Russia consulate

 

2014-10-28 - approval notice was issued and received by the petitioner a couple of days later

 

2014-11-14 - case number received by the beneficiary

 

2014-11-30 - DS-260 completed online

 

2014-12-15 - appointment at the US consulate, Moscow, Russia

 

2014-12-18 - passport with CR-1 visa collected

 

2015-01-18 - ELIS fee paid

 

2015-04-16 - PoE, JFK, New York

 

2015-05-06 - replaced SSN card for the new one without DHS restrictions

 

2015-05-20 - called USCIS and found that A-number is wrong

 

2015-06-03 - visited USCIS field office in New York

I'm in the exact same situation for CSC.  Sent on 1/20. Received on 1/21.  No feedback, no noa, check not cashed, and no returned application. 

 

I called national customer service and they said I have to wait 30 days from delivery date.   The problem I have with waiting 30 days is that will put us only a few days before the expiration date. 

 

I asked if I could submit another package and I was told to wait.

The last thing I want to do is to pay twice the rip-off fee USCIS charges us for such a low quality service :)

I think the table accumulating in this thread is prone to survivorship bias when most people report themselves only if they received a feedback from USCIS.

In the Form I-751, in question no.7 it asks: "Alien Registration Number". Is it USCIS# in my green card? 

Also in question no. 9, it asks , "USCIS online account number". what is that number?
