I have a very basic question.

While writing address, for country, do you write 'United States' or 'United States of America'.

 

I think should not matter, but still wanted to confirm.

So my packet has been sent back to us. I don't get it...it says on the blue letter

 

 

 

The signatures of you and your spouse are reverse. You the conditional resident listed on page 1, should sign on page 7 and your spouse should sign on page 8.

 

I checked my packet and page 7 says petitioner signature ( It's why my husband signed on it)

And page 8 Spouse signature ( I assume that's where I need to sign- as the conditional resident) 

 

can somebody help help me with this please ????

Sorry to hear. The conditional resident is the petitioner (petitioning to remove conditions from your residency status). So, you need to sign in section 7 and your spouse, the US citizen, needs to sign in section 8.

The conditional resident...you...needed to sign first.  Then your husband is considered the spouse.  You are the petitioner and your husband is the joint.

You are the petitioner, so you need to sign on page 7, and your husband should sign as petitioner's spouse on page 8. You need to re-sign the form and send it back to USCIS.

 Arghhhh just my stupid mistake. Planning to resend this tom. Do I have to redo the whole I 751 form? And when I resend it do I need to include the blue letter in the package?

I don't think you need to redo the entire form. Just make sure all sections have your sign and name under Petitioner and your husband's under Spouse.

You can include the blue letter along with a note/signed letter responding to it that you have corrected the error on the form.

And another question. They had error on my 2 year GC so I sent it back, filing i90. After 11 month of waiting I got my GC and have another error. The RESIDENT SINCE  on my GC date has different date (02-12-15) It's the date when they issue my CR1 visa. I know it should be the date on my POE (03-07-15). I'm thinking of sending it back but when I I inquired thru infopass they said u don't need to send it back because I only have 2 months before my GC expires. Just attach the POE stamp package and explain the error.

 

well the they write note in my i751 that CR1 (2-12-15) I don't want them to think I made error on this part again. 

Do I have to change the Conditional Resident Expires on the I 751. I wrote down 03-07-15.

 so many errors ?????
