another good indication that they received your case is when they cash your check. 

They received my case on the 28th and my check got cashed today.

i also don't know how to add myself to the list here. Could someone do this for me?

Hey Msdynamite, thanks for letting me know of when your package got received and when your check got cashed. My package was received on January 30 and my check shows pending right now so i think they've applied to cash it and it's just under processing right now. For adding yourself, i just copied the entire list available, added my entry and posted it as a new entry. I can do that for you, not sure if NOA means an official notification from them or we can use the date they cashed the check for that

NOA is the date that is on the letter that extends your conditional greencard.

Is anyone waiting over a week to get a NOA or for the check cashed at CSC?

 

We sent the package on 1/20.  USPS delivered on 1/21.  No NOA and check has not been cashed.  

 

I know its been only 10 days or so.  But seen others submitted on 1/20 and after already got their NOA.

We're in the same boat. I submitted in VSC tho. USCIS received it on the 20th and no NOA1 and the check has not been cashed too.

Hi All,

For biometrics, does only the person applying for removal of condition have to go, OR the couple? 

What happens after biometrics? Is it a long wait of 5-6 months before you get the G.C or called in for an interview....

Receipt number on NOA won't work. You'll get a second number on the biometrics appointment letter that you can use for online tracking. Also, I noticed online tracking says, "your application for fee waiver is being processed", which I gather from other VJ forums is an error many people are noticing. So, don't be alarmed if you notice the same :)

Just the person applying for removal of conditions is needed for biometrics.

After biometrics comes a long wait... 5-6 months is the norm.

What does the average time frame look like for Vermont to cash your check once the package is received?  It looks like California cashes them almost immediately.
