To receive NOA1 - Does it means you received it in mail on 01/11/2017 ?

With respect to this I-751 tracking table for January 2017 filers the NOA1 Date is the date I received my NOA1 in the mail, which was on 01/09.

My package is ready to be sent but I am hesitant because since this week is the time I will get my W2, I am thinking to file my tax first so I can include it on my package, just wondering which is better to sent the package without the tax paper for 2016 or sent it now.... just paranoid about the latest executive order signed by President Trump although its clearly stated that its about the entry and visa issuance from Muslim countries.

Our check was cashed as of yesterday. Now just waiting for the NOA letter and the biometrics appointment. About the biometrics appointment though, what are "legitimate" excuses for rescheduling? My wife has a work trip from Feb. 6-Feb. 10, and I'm concerned about it being scheduled during then.

Hey guys I sent my Package on Tuesday 24th and USPS tracking shows it was delivered today and it was signed for by L ZUCHOWSKI. We sent it to the Vermont service center! Fingers crossed!
