did you provide documentation such as a lease, etc which shows the correct address for all of you? You could possibly send a letter explaining the typo along with a copy of your NOA. If you have any other evidence of joint residency that you didn't include in your package, you can send that along as well. Another option is to wait and see if they send an RFE for it. One other option is to let the officer know during your biometrics appointment and see if they have a suggestion.

May 29 - EAD and AP status online changed to "Card/Document Production" (EAD) and "Post decision activity" (AP)

June 3 - EAD sent out for delivery

August 2 - Interview Waiver Letter received in mail dated 7/29

Feb 12, 2015 - EAD/AP renewal mailed

Feb 19, 2015 - Got 7 text & 7 emails notification - case received (EAD)

GREEN CARD IN PRODUCTION/CASE APPROVED APRIL 15, 2015

Yes, our lease, utility bills bank account statements. Its a big apartment complex so even 2404 it delivers here. Thank you so much for your help. I will wait and see what happens.

Looking for guidance here. I received my biometrics appointment letter today and it's for next week. In the I-751 form I filled out my relative's address as the mailing address. I reside in a different state and I provided this address under Physical Address on the I-751 form. The biometrics ASC assigned to me is in my relative's state. USCIS should have assigned one according to my physical address. Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

I would call the USCIS number and try to get the appointment rescheduled!

 

You and I received our NOA around the same time (1/11) and I still haven't received anything in the mail... Has anybody here heard of USCIS sending these appointment letters on such short notice? Should I call them too?

I filed my application on Jan 9 to VSC and I still haven't receive my biometrics letter.  I'm starting to worry because we have a trip scheduled for Feb. 8 and I'm chequing every day to see if somebody from VSC has received biometrics letter besides Elsie2500 but nobody has updated the table so it looks like nobody has received nothing yet.  I would really appreciate if any filers from VSC receives the biometrics letter to update the table right away.

We are in sync. Our check is finally being processed today and VSC also received ours on 1/17. Waiting for NOA now! 

It seems like VSC is moving a bit slowly though compared to CSC.

Thanks. I will call them and hopefully they will let me submit my biometrics via an infopass appointment instead of re-scheduling. My letter is dated 1/14 so it seems to have got delayed in transit somehow.

To answer your question, if I recall correctly from the I-130/131 stage, USCIS mentioned to wait 30 days from NOA1 letter date for biometrics letter before calling them. So that gives you time until 2/10. However, no harm in calling anyway.
