I wish I had opted for priority shipping. USPS really delayed the arrival of my application by 4-5 days. I hadnt realized that that was an option. since ive always have sent my application through certified mail, there was never an issue with it, until this time around of course. so frustrating to keep checking my account and not seeing the cashed check. I just hope they dont reject it/send back or ask for RFE. cant wait for it all to be over. If im thanks again!

im curious. do you know when the post office said your package arrived? I sent mine 1/11 but there had been a delay within the post office, the post office tracking number said it was delivered 1/17. It just seems like everyone but me is getting their NOA. anyway I just feel like the delivery date is a better indicator of when I should expect a reply.

We sent in ours on Friday 13 priority next day delivery, so VSC signed for it on Saturday 14. Monday was a holiday, so on Tuesday 17 they scanned it to

the system at 9:37 pm according to the NOA1. you should get yours this week the latest Monday. I say this because the NOA1 letter was post marked Friday 20 and received on Monday 23. i hope this eases your mind a little. best of luck.

I highlighted on all documents where it was not obvious with a yellow highlighter.

January filer here as well! My wife's Conditional GC is expiring on 3/31. We mailed it on 1/20 (Friday), and it was received at the California location on 1/23 (Monday).

Just for reference, we included.

* Check

*I-751 form

*Copy of GC

*Tax Returns

*House Papers (Sales Agreement, Closing docs, and title) from our new construction house that was completed last month

*Most recent Bank Statements

*Most recent HOA and garbage bills, and homeowner's insurance

*Copy of our licenses, car registration, and car insurance

*Roth beneficiary summaries

*Vacation documents

*Thank you cards, holiday cards, birthday cards

*Our Facebook history (showing pictures, interactions with friends/family, etc.)
