I have seen requests for additional evidence in the case tracker app but so far I have had only the normal RFE.

Sounds to me this is an RFE and you will receive what to do by letter.

 

Good luck.  From what I have seen with RFE, expect an approval shortly after you send in the required information.  My understanding is this new evidence will fulfill their need and you will be approved.  Well, that is provided you are transparent.

I saw your case has been having some twists and pending extremely long time. The strange part is after you sent them RFE, your case was transferred to NBC. May I ask did you file for N 400? If so was it before your RFE in March?

You only did 1 case inquiry right? the recent one?

I only filed for the I-751. Case Inquiry was indeed for the last case. Don't know why I have two case numbers.

Because the first one says fees were waived but they did cash the cheque.

 

Because I didn't work until late last year we didn't bother to put both our names onto things. So when I filed we didnt really have a whole lot of evidence, except for photo's

Thank you so much for your reply, John.

One of my case number is also fee waived, the other one has the latest update May 3rd transfer to NBC. It has no way to track the timeline again after that. They are just a whole big mess. They keep extending the processing time  to legalize their delay. My NOA is still within the normal processing time even it reaches 20 months, they don't care it becomes a joke.

I guess I'll do case inquiry in another 2 weeks if it finally falls out of their normal time.

If you were transferred May 3rd it is passed 60 days and you can start an inquiry. That is what I did after my case was tramsferred May 1st I did an inquiry July 2nd.

We can’t do an inquiry online , it didn’t let me do that , it said your case is in a normal processing time, it’s been more than 60 days , i applied January 2017 , but I have to wait for a couple months until CSC get to January

Ah okay. I filed October 2016 so I was already outside the normal time frame at that moment.

Hello Everyone!

 

I applied for my N400 last april 2018 with pending 751. I was checking my case for n400 and it shows this : 

 

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.

 

Does anyone of you have this kind of issues before? The waiting game is so frustrating even for my 751.

I see, so I don't have to wait untill it to fall out of I 751 processing date. I'll do it, thanks a lot John. 

Just saw another post after I post above, I guess they set their normal processing time to prevent people to send case inquiry. I just wait for them to move to 12/08/2016..

At the time I started my inquiry the processing time was 17-19 month. So as an October 2016 filer it was April-May 2018. But had to wait until the 60 days had passed of the transfer notice.
