I got a letter today with approving date 6/29. I didn't have a transfer, my green card should be here on Monday.

My case has been somewhat difficult. Filed married jointly, but then my marriage fell apart. Divorced in december 17 and case changed to waiver. I honestly expected an interview but I guess my proof was strong enough. I won’t believe it until hold that card in my hands 😅 good luck to everybody that’s still waiting. My USC wife and I got married in good faith (arranged marriage) in Jan 2015 and I received my conditional GC in Jan 2016. I moved to the US on a student visa in 2010 and was on a work visa (H1B) when i got married. We jointly filed my i751 petition in nov 2017 to CSC. When i submitted the joint i751 i had included joint mortgage contracts, financial statements (credit and savings account), tons of photos  - marriage in US and India, vacations, family visits etc., marriage certificate, air tickets from vaca's, joint phone bills, joint car insurance, affidavits from friends and neighbors, my insurance showing her name as beneficiary, joint tax filing documents. We have been having issues since the last few months and have been going for counseling to see whether we can work it out. However, my wife let me know today  that she'll be moving out next week back home (different state) and filing divorce right after that. Even after the counseling sessions, we couldn't reconcile our issues. The processing times at CSC is taking 18-20 months and my application was filed a little over 8 months ago. The last update I received was in May notifying biometric appointment is not required since they have past records and haven't seen any movement on my case since then. I'm not sure what the next steps are - some forums say no action is required until divorce is finalized, however others say to notify USCIS about the situation. In addition to evidences I had provided already I can also provide report from the counselor, 2017 joint tax, photos and itineraries from trips made in 2018, bank statements until next week etc. Any help will be highly appreciated. 

 

Also, is there a forum for i751 divorce waivers for 2017/2018 I can follow?

Im sorry you have to go thru this too. I consulted a lawyer before filing for divorce. But I know that you can probably do all this without a lawyer. Here’s a forum to follow: 

I cant tell you if your evidence is enough or not..To this day I’m not quite sure how uscis works. But it sounds like a lot of evidence to me. I waited until my divorce was final to notify uscis together with my divorce decree. This was with advice from my lawyer since divorces in Texas get processed within 60-70 days if everything goes well. If you’re in a state where divorces take longer I would notify uscis and change my address online if you move. But again I’m not a lawyer and am not really in a position to tell you what to do. Read that forum I posted, it has some good tips in it. If you use the search function on visajour ey you can find advice to almost anything. Good luck.

After 18 months of waiting my green card arrived on Friday. I am January Filler 2017, California, but it arrived with the error, and does anyone now waiting time for I90 to error be corrected, they made a mistake about country of birth, any disccusion group anything, beleive me I am desperate, after 18 months of waiting an error

Yesterday I got my GC, without any error. I Hope everyone, who is waiting, will get their GC soon.

My last status update was on February 26, 2018 saying that my case is transferred to a “local office” and now they said my card is being mailed to me. I hope I will get it tomorrow!

Updated, congrats on the approvals! We got the greencard exactly a week after the approval letter in the mail (which came 3 days after approval notice online). So glad it's over!!

No. It was just service request letter from local office.  they mention that my case is in normal processing times. I called USCIS & they told me that my file is in Chicago field office but I got a letter from May 3rd stating about transfer to NBC. If my file is in my field office they should combine my N400 & I751.

 

I really don't know where my file is currently.

1-Did IO complained about N400 filing while your I751 is still pending ? 2-  Did you get a response/approval after the N400 interview? 3- What exact the IO told you after the interview? .. 4- it is OK or nraml to filed our N400 while waiting for I751 approval?
