Now im worried bout mine coz im not sure if i dated my 751 a day before the 90 days period or exactly the 1st day the 90 days (1/16)..but i mailed it 3 days after which is 1/19..did i do it right or do i have to expect a return as well?

My form was dated 7 days early from the 90-day mark and they sent NOA1 a day after they received my package.

Thank you for that info..so they look on the date that you mailed the package thats how they count the 90 days?

I am not sure if the date you mailed the package even matters. My guess is as long as they don't receive a petition before the 90 days you're good.

I don't think is the date you write on the cover letter or the I-751 form because mine was dated a few dates before, but I think it is stamp at the post office/the date it is mailed. Hope this helps!

Hi friends, I am February filling. I read all of the guidance how to apply for I-751. I have a question about requesting a transcript from IRS. I am wondering what is it? and what does it show? My husband and I filled our tax refund by H&R block for last 2 years. Do u think still we need to request that transcript or not? If so, how and how long it will take? thanks for your help.

It's free and easy to get the transcript and I think USCIS prefers them to prove the taxes were filed. You just go to this site:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

create an account and they provide the transcript instantly that you can print out. We also sent copies of our actual tax returns.

The date on the form is not an issue. The issue is if USCIS receives your application before the 90 day filing window.
