Thank you! I download this app, it seems to work perfectly. Now, this is the first time I entered to this forum and I want to mention my case:

I filed to remove condition on January 2017, Did bio on Feb 7, 2017. Since then, the only changed happened on May 1, 2018, when I was notified that my case was transferred from Laguna Nigel to Lee Summit. On the other hand, I submit N400 last December. Somebody can tell me what should I expect? I got I551 on January 2018, the officer gave to me for 6 months, and that one was expire today! That means officially I have no permission to work? I am confused about of all of this.

Another questions...I have two WAC numbers....both tells me different things. The first says my fees were waived (since January 2017!), the other one that my case was transferred....whats the number I should keep checking or believe?. Anyway, so confusing.

I was told that in case my paper I-551 expired to come back and they would extend it again. My GC expired December 2016, with filing of I-751 you are normally granted with the NOA for another year. So the NOA expired december 2017. I made an appointment at my 'local' office and was given a paper I-551 with an expiration date of December 2018.

A little confusing why you only received 6 months. I also have two WACs with the  same mentions. I only follow the second one that has been updated May 1st 2018 when my case was transferred to the NBC. The other WAC was that my fees were waived.. hmm than why did they cash the check??

Meanwhile 'patiently waiting on some action from the NBC.

I guess that I have to get an info pass app to extend my time again. I think the time they gave is discretionary. In the meantime, like you said, wait for some action from the NBC. Thanks John.

Wow, now I am more confused than ever. The USCIS website, I believe, says that you can apply for N400, even with I751 perding....as long as you meet the criteria. I guess it's just about waiting to see what happens. By the way, news from today, check this: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/update-form-i-797-receipt-notices-form-i-751-and-form-i-829

Hmm that wouldn't help me anything ;) meanwhile I'm already in the process for removal of condition for 20 months and my conditional GC expired 18 months ago ;)

Someone mentioned NBC would process within 60 days.... that would mean for me 18 more days to go.. am afraid it will take longer than that

We have similar timing :(. However, I believe things are going to move faster now, after being transferred to the NBC. I just read somewhere that somebody got the 10 year GC after a month and a half after that notice. If that stands for us....the we should be done and approved in a matter of days.

It looks like cases that do not require RFE or interviews and have NOT applied for N-400 are getting transferred to NSC or TSC for quicker processing. But I could be completely wrong since its USCIS after all :D

I applied for N400 and I got transferred...so no, another theory that fell through the cracks lol.

What did your letter say? Mine was talking about scheduling an interview. But when

i went for my extension, the guy told me that if I would stay out of trouble it was just a matter of time. I did however receive an RFE in March, so maybe the evidence is not convincing enough.

It just says that if the NBC needs further info they will notify me. So I guess that if they required further evidence they will let me know. No interview mention yet.

We have completed a preliminary review of your application or petition ("your case") listed above. We transferred your case to the following USCIS office loisted below so an interview for your case can be scheduled.

But online it says something completely different.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On May 1, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC17024XXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by May 31, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

And as next step:

We will assign your case to an officer.   We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you.

Mmmmm, it is different, mine says: "We have completed a preliminary review of your application or petition ("your case") listed above. As part of standard processing, we transferred your case to the following USCIS office listed below that has jurisdiction over your case. That office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or if they need additional information".

I don't see the word "interview" anywhere in the letter. However, it's USCIS, and they can call you for an interview anytime. We just need to be ready and have all the docs handy and organize, just to help them out make a decision. I am not so worry anymore, it's just the waiting that is a little nerve-racking. And mostly because right now, since my parole is expire, if I am out of status or no (to be able to work).

NBC transferred my case along with my N400 to my local field office which is Newark. In other words I have to appear for interview for both my cases. they will be adjudicated together.

Wilkintina, I have both N400 and I751 pending....who told you that they were going to adjudicate them together? Did you assume it or you got an official notification? I filed my N400 physically in Chicago lock-box, and my I751 was just transferred from Laguna N to Lee Summit. Can somebody tell me if there's a way to know if they got my 2 processes together?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a quick update. My case was transferred from CSC to TSC on March the 12th, and I was approved today. I will share my timeline and comments as soon as I receive my GC. I am superstitious :)

I think you may be right. Even though i am a november 2017 filer. But my case was transfered to nbc may 1st.may 3rd and i got approved today. Also i saw one getting approved 3 days ago, november 2016 filer but who's case was also transfered to nbc on same dates. Another combined i751 and n400 also got interview schedule.I think nbc are getting to those cases. And it confirms that all transfered cases to nbc, tsc,nsc get worked on withing 60 days.

My case was approved 90 days after being transferred

You are the exception to the rule. I think they like you alot so they kept you for 90days, or maybe they were transfering too many cases, but it also depends on the officer assigned to your case. My case was left on a dusty greecy desk for a month and a half after the interview before they finally didn't do their job and transfered it to another place to work it. Congrats to you, you should get your card within 7 to 8days

Where did you get the  rule of 60 days from? I applied for N400 and I have i751 pending still waiting, 60 days is applying for our cases or just those who didn’t apply for N400

I got the official letters and emails from USCIS that my case was transferred and that both my N400 and I751 will be adjudicated together at the Newark field office
