Well so far on my side also nothing..

Did your letter also mention interview could be scheduled.

My letter only say they completed preliminary review. Since I applied for N 400, I guess the local office isn't ready to do combo interview yet, that's why my ROC doesn't have any progress. Did you have pending N 400?

No I only filed for the I-751 so far. Received a RFE in March, replied on that early April.
My letter stated that the preliminary review was completed and it was send to the NBC to schedule an interview. But on the website it says they assigned an officer and will notify me  about their decision.

Hi

can anyone please help me with the following questions?

I got married with the USC wife and already have conditional green card. We are supposed to file for ROC in Nov 2018. we have a lot of document and pictures in common which proves bonafied marriage. (car insurance, lease , utilities,  dental insurance, bank statement, three credit cards of mine that she is authorized to use, sam's club membership, joint tax return, drivers license the same address, health insurance, etc).

few months ago she betrayed me and I caught her having nude chat with a guy, she confessed it , I talked to her family and finally they assured me that she will compensate and it was an accident. I forgave her and she promised to never repeat the mistake.

recently I caught her naked with a guy in my apartment , I was shocked ... . and called police , the guy ran away before police come over, police reported it. plus that I found a lot of sex chat with some random people in her phone and took video and shot from all of them.

the question is what should I do now? file for divorce? I should file for divorce or she? what are the next steps? ( I came to the US by F1 visa and still student).

I am shocked and completely confused, please tell me what should I do now?

I'm sorry that happened to you. You can file for divorce. It will not affect your status. Once you apply for ROC, do it with a divorce waiver. You will still need all of the evidence to prove bonafide marriage.  If you need more help, post on the main forum (not January filers thread). Best of luck to you!

John

Interesting, sent to NBC to schedule an interview. According to your letter, NBC will schedule an interview instead of your local office? Hope you will get approval without interview.

Hi Everyone,

So I received I751 approval notice yesterday and GC will be mailed shortly afterwards. But now my husband is looking to fill out N400 form and he wants to bring over his family. My husband's mother and his stepfather (they had married before my husband turned 18). So I was under the impression that in the form somewhere, there would a section to enter that information. I don't see it. Can anyone help us? He also has a brother who is 11 years of age. Is there any way we can include all of them in the form and bring them over once his N400 is approved?

My card delivered yesterday June 9, same day as the physical approval notice approved in mail lol.

So card came 6 days after approval which is probably the fastest thing to happen during this whole process.

The updates on the tracker app were on point, as it notified me of approval before the DHS site. DHS site lags a days behind.

Good luck to everyone waiting! I hope you all hear good news soon.

On to N400 now.

Thank you for your response. there are some people here applied N400 while I751 pending, but they didn't get their card because their N400 is coming soon. Maybe just a rumor. Big congrats to you.

Now i have hope that I may get approve my I751 first then have the N400 interview ( not only combo interview as an option), But mine transfer to NBC not Texas.

I understand now. Yes, I heard that applying for the N400 could delay the 751 but that wasn't the case. Actually when I went to my field office for my N400 biometrics and I got my passport stamped, the employee told me my 751 would come to a stop for having applied for citizenship. I believe they're so far behind that some cases that should overlap, are not overlapping. Just a guess though. Good luck with your RoC

Thank you! I download this app, it seems to work perfectly. Now, this is the first time I entered to this forum and I want to mention my case:

I filed to remove condition on January 2017, Did bio on Feb 7, 2017. Since then, the only changed happened on May 1, 2018, when I was notified that my case was transferred from Laguna Nigel to Lee Summit. On the other hand, I submit N400 last December. Somebody can tell me what should I expect? I got I551 on January 2018, the officer gave to me for 6 months, and that one was expire today! That means officially I have no permission to work? I am confused about of all of this.

Another questions...I have two WAC numbers....both tells me different things. The first says my fees were waived (since January 2017!), the other one that my case was transferred....whats the number I should keep checking or believe?. Anyway, so confusing.

I  have I751 pending in CSC. I am a Jan 2017 Filers. they transferred my I751 to NBC on May 3rd 2018.

I applied for N400 in Jan 2018. Chicago is my local Office. I had an interview on May 22nd for N400. I thought they combine my N400 and I751 together but they were not.

IO asked me why you applied for N400 even if your I751 is pending? I said I called USCIS and one of the representative told me that you're eligible to apply that is the reason I applied.

Then IO start with N400 interview. I passed all the tests.

At the end , he again asked your condition needs to be removed first before you apply for the citizenship.

I said my spouse is here if you want to take I-751 interview. He said why would I take an interview with your spouse? I said we apply jointly for I751 condition to be removed. He said You should not apply N400 before I751 approved.

He said he will see what he can do in this case.

It is been more than 10 days now. no status update. I 751 is still with NBC.

Does anyone have any idea?

Wow, now I am more confused than ever. The USCIS website, I believe, says that you can apply for N400, even with I751 perding....as long as you meet the criteria. I guess it's just about waiting to see what happens. By the way, news from today, check this: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/update-form-i-797-receipt-notices-form-i-751-and-form-i-829
