I’m DHS it stated “We transferred your case to another USCIS office for processing” on May 7/8. The regular case status site said transferred to a new jurisdiction on the same dates.

Thanks!

Hope everyone waiting hear some news soon! It’s just a slow long drawn out process.

Heard a new theory..Sounds legit. Want to see if it's true...What are the 3 numbers after WAC17 in your case number?

Basically we can figure out the date and month CSC is working/approving now....

I see. Thank you. Wonder at what point the cases go to NSC? Sorry so many questions.. : )

It looks like cases that do not require RFE or interviews and have NOT applied for N-400 are getting transferred to NSC or TSC for quicker processing. But I could be completely wrong since its USCIS after all :D

A lot of us received a transfer notice on May 1st and 3rd, some got it on May 7th and 8th. My letter said they have completed a preliminary review and it was transferred to NBC. I've seen other who said their letter said it was transferred to speed up the process.

I'm one of the May 1st transfers. I didn't see any update after the transfer. I'm wondering among all of those transferred to NBC, how much percentage got update after that?

I didn't get any update after the transfer either. I read someone's comment that said usually after a transfer to NBC, NSC or TSC the case will be touched in about 60 days so maybe we'll get an update this month.

Hi

can anyone please help me with the following questions?

I got married with the USC wife and already have conditional green card. We are supposed to file for ROC in Nov 2018. we have a lot of document and pictures in common which proves bonafied marriage. (car insurance, lease , utilities,  dental insurance, bank statement, three credit cards of mine that she is authorized to use, sam's club membership, joint tax return, drivers license the same address, health insurance, etc).

few months ago she betrayed me and I caught her having nude chat with a guy, she confessed it , I talked to her family and finally they assured me that she will compensate and it was an accident. I forgave her and she promised to never repeat the mistake.

recently I caught her naked with a guy in my apartment , I was shocked ... . and called police , the guy ran away before police come over, police reported it. plus that I found a lot of sex chat with some random people in her phone and took video and shot from all of them.

the question is what should I do now? file for divorce? I should file for divorce or she? what are the next steps? ( I came to the US by F1 visa and still student).

I am shocked and completely confused, please tell me what should I do now?

Yeah, if this month still nothing, I'm extremely disappointed. We've been waiting for ages, my ROC reaches 19 month waiting after June.
