With the tracking app I have been tracking about 300 cases around my WAC. There were about 26 cases transferred to another office that has jurisdiction in early May (1-3). So far, meanwhile 35 days later the number dropped to 22. It can be that cases were approved and other cases transferred. But this is also a painstaking slow process.

BTW I'm an October 2016 I-751 filer.

I think you may be right. Even though i am a november 2017 filer. But my case was transfered to nbc may 1st.may 3rd and i got approved today. Also i saw one getting approved 3 days ago, november 2016 filer but who's case was also transfered to nbc on same dates. Another combined i751 and n400 also got interview schedule.I think nbc are getting to those cases. And it confirms that all transfered cases to nbc, tsc,nsc get worked on withing 60 days.

T-25 and counting...

First I had a RFE received in March. Answer back received early April, might be the evidence was not convincing enough.

What did your letter say? I'm an October 2016 filer and had local office message Feb 26, additional RFE, after that transferred to NBC on May 1st.

My letter stated that the preliminary review was completed and that the case was transferred to the office listed below to schedule an interview.

Case status online says, answer to RFE received Apr 9.

We received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Our California Service Center office is working on your case again

As next step:

We will assign your case to an officer.   We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you.

Meanwhile 35 days since transfer to NBC.

A lot of us received a transfer notice on May 1st and 3rd, some got it on May 7th and 8th. My letter said they have completed a preliminary review and it was transferred to NBC. I've seen other who said their letter said it was transferred to speed up the process.

I’m DHS it stated “We transferred your case to another USCIS office for processing” on May 7/8. The regular case status site said transferred to a new jurisdiction on the same dates.

Thanks!

Hope everyone waiting hear some news soon! It’s just a slow long drawn out process.
