I mailed my package to Vermont on Thursday the 12th, they received it on Friday the 13th, and my check just got cashed today Thursday the 19th (6 days later).  I still have not receive a NOA1 so just give it a few days, it will come to you too. Just be patient :-) Good luck!

Sent Package 12/29/2016 and received NOA 1/3/2017. 

I have tried to enter my receipt number into the system but it is saying that my receipt number is invalid. So I have been calling the number for USCIS but I feel like I have gone through every option on the automated system and I am not able to speak with anyone. Has anyone else had the same issue with their receipt number and does anyone know the number combination to be able to speak with someone?

That receipt number from the NOA will always turn up invalid. 

What you need is the receipt number from your Biometrics appointment letter.

It should show up as the second bar code under Application number 2 aka CRI89. 

 

Also you should have received your biometrics letter by now since you sent in your packet on 12/29/16.

 

This earliest reference to CRI89 is mentioned in your NOA receipt in the second to last paragraph.

Mine was recieved on Jan 13th in Vermont as well, and the check was cashed today (Thursday 19th) - I guess our timelines are going to be somewhat similar :) Waiting for NOA now :)

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Hello again (almost 2y later)!

I sent my package to Vermont center on 1/14/16, it was received on 1/17/17. As of 1/19 check has not been cashed.

May 1 -Received appointment letter for May 19th, in Philly, PA

May 19 - Successfully Biometrics appointment done

May 29 - EAD and AP status online changed to "Card/Document Production" (EAD) and "Post decision activity" (AP)

June 3 - EAD sent out for delivery

August 2 - Interview Waiver Letter received in mail dated 7/29

Feb 12, 2015 - EAD/AP renewal mailed

Feb 19, 2015 - Got 7 text & 7 emails notification - case received (EAD)

GREEN CARD IN PRODUCTION/CASE APPROVED APRIL 15, 2015

April 8th, 2015 - EAD renewal approved

April 16th, 2015 - EAD mailed

April 18th, 2015 - EAD received

April 20, 2015 - Welcome to America letter received

April 21, 2015 - Green card mailed

April 23, 2015 - Green card delivered

NOA1 date: 01/11

 

Question to who received NOA letter:

On the NOA letter, how does your name spell out?

 

In the address part, my last name got spelled fully and correctly, but my first name is written by the first letter. Example: the full name is "Jane Lady Doe". My NOA letter is written as  "J. Doe" and below it is the address.

In Petitioner part, the name written as: "Doe, Jane L."

 

I am concerned about the way of first name written in the address part by using of first letter.

 

Is anyone NOA letter the same?
