Hi

Just a quick update, I went to get an I751 stamp at my local office (03/29)Officer lady told me they did not transferred our case, still at California center (even my uscis updates said tratransfer).California service offices is now working on 16  November cases. A little more wait and all our cases will be approved! I am hoping the best !!

November? What month were they on last update I thought it was September?

went today to local field office i drive almost 6 hours to get information about my case because my case at local office for schedule the interview the lady officer call me and ask me what's my matter i was explaining and she cut me and said give me my green card i hand her my card she took like a minute and told me that my case is pending and that's all i told her that i got transfer notice and a service request answer she don't want look at it and tell me sir it's pending i ask her may i know how long it well take to schedule the interview she said one more year it's a shame like my case is been with uscis for 15 months and she said it take longer i ask where my case right now she said at this office i said mam i drive 3 hour and i well be to home in 3 hours so i want good information she don't even answer she was so mean and rude office any one know how long it take to schedule the interview the case transfer on march 2 any info well be appropriate thanks

my case transfer from Vermont to Lee's Summit, MO to schedule an interview last week.

I had my N400 interview today and passed. The officer had a physical copy of my I-751 but said he had requested that CSC 'port' it to him so he could approve it, which could take a few days.

 

Just FYI for those of you applying for naturalization soon, you'll probably never see your 10 year gc, but it doesn't really affect you if the end goal is citizenship.

I recently got a notice that my case got transferred to NSC. I was then updated to new address. 

I check my case status today and the status is "NAME WAS UPDATED". Anybody has idea what it is?

Is it due to the new address that I changed recently? Thanks.

Did you have to go to the N400 interview with your spouse? Or alone?

It's very likely you will get approved soon.

A lot of people from other threads had the same and they got approved couple of days later.

My spouse was in the waiting room but the officer didn't ask to speak to him.
