We received a new receipt in the mail (with a new receipt number) stating: "We have received a preliminary review of the application or petition listed above. As part of standard processing, we transferred your case to the USCIS office that has jurisdiction over your case. The office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or if they need addition information" It follows that with an address for the Nebraska Service Center. The case number we used before still gives us the same message of "We waived the fee...blahblahblah" that has been up for over a year. When we use this receipt number we get the message about being moved to a new service center. I see a bunch of us CSC filers are getting this notice as well. Anyone know why they would transfer it? I felt sure we sent in enough evidence...maybe this is the final step before approval?

Just got a notice in mail as well. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center. The interesting part is that now its impossible to track and see the processing time, because NSC does not routinely process I-751.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On March 14, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 13, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Anyone else got this message?

I got the paper in the mail today. It says that it has been transferred to the Texas Service Center. The letter's date is 3/12/2018. We'll see what happens.
