Am I the only one whose case didn't transfer to local office?  Can you tell me which receipt number to use to check the case, the one on the extended letter or the one on the biometric letter? Thanks

The one on the 1 year extension letter, the WAC number- receipt number.

Oh bummer...They send out physical letters now for that? hmm...well, I hope they've become more efficient in adjudicating cases and that you get your approval soon!

Looks like you will get one more notice and that will be for your interview.. I think at times they pick random cases for interviews. Please keep us posted.

Also, was your case transferred twice like most of us? Did you check the update on both websites?

I had applied for change of address back on Jan 5th 2018.

I believe my case got transferred to the local office on March 5th since I moved.

I read a lot of earlier VJ forums back from 2009 until now, almost all of them said that they got a letter shortly for an interview.

regards

Steve

Interviews are normally very rare. There's no way they can interview the thousands of people who got the local office message. We would have to wait several years!!
