I called them today and I was told that even if your case is approved but before they order the card for you, they will review your case again if they find something odd then they will need to review or investigate the case. So this will delay us from getting the card. I do not know if she is telling the truth but I am kinda freaking out right now. I really do not know what to do next…

Maybe it has something to do with wrong dates on green cards that were printed? Maybe it’s delayed it a bit? (Based in your early April approval)

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

I really do not know but I saw some people on this site got their case transfer to NBC center just like me. One month later then me, they already got their card! They were approved at the beginning of May.

I got an email and a letter regarding my i 751 case

May 7 my case was transferred to local office

May 8 - N400 interview scheduled

Below is the email notification

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number:

Application Type: I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On May 7, 2018, we transferred your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators. If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment.

I don’t understand what did they mean by this Letter, it looks unique for me , I’ve never seen letter like this before, where did you apply for N400 and I751

Good for you. This visa processing is unorganized and very random, every person has a different timeline, is not based on priority or who applied first at all.

I had applied on Jan 27th 2017 CSC, never got a transfer notice or anything like that, just the generic message, March 5th saying, your case has been transferred to local office, nothing in mail at all.

The wait continues, no clue what is happening with my application.

We do have quite a bit of people from Jan 2017 in our group, CSC filers with no transfer notices (in mail or online) who are just waiting....

regards

Steve
