I am also in the same category as @Waiting4mygreenn.

I submitted the change of address AR-11 form back in January. I moved to another state for work.

I did not get the transfer to service center notice though.

You guys need to file the I865. Thats the one way for them to know the sponsor is living with you still.

When I moved, i filed AR11 online, then mailed my wife I865 ALONG with AR11 again, along with new lease and copy of both our DLs showing new addresses, these are important steps for those with pending I751.

If I had a 10 year green card Id only file AR11. But in ROC filing AR11 only could be seen as you moved out of the house without your spouse  if you’re not providing them anything saying otherwise

edit: I just saw you said you moved for work, so im assuming you did so without your spouse. It still however doesnt change the fact that AR11 alone is not good enough in I751, it should be sent with extra evidence on what’s happening even if its just a cover letter explaining the marriage is still intact etc etc

I am expecting a RFE, I got divorced recently, both of us were not happy, it has been painful.

I am thinking they will give me an RFE since I had done only AR-11 and no I 865. I will have to go in for an interview in a few months.

Will get my documents ready soon.

regards

Steve

I didn't know about the I865 step. My wife and I moved states last summer and I only submitted AR-11. Is it too late to send I865 now?

I am a CSC filer (now residing on the East Coast). no update on my case since I filed back in January. Online status still says "waived your fees...."

No its not too late, I would send an I865 with a cover letter explaining you just learned about it, also include your new lease and new evidence in your new life.

If an adjusticator is looking at all these evidence from the old address and then sees an AR11 he might send an RFE to understand more about the address change.

Thanks for the quick response. We will file this form asap.

We have also already submitted the N400 application in which we included jointly filed tax returns, our home's property tax bill that shows both our names, joint bank accounts that show continuous activity over the last 3 years and other proof that shows we have been living together. I am hoping whoever at USCIS reviews our I751 application can also see the N400 application along with supporting documents submitted.

Just received transfer notice to national benefits center in MO. Got it by mail, no status change online. Anyone else whose case got transferred to MO office? How soon after transfer notice did you receive a decision?

Hi, January 2017th ROC filers!

Just wanted to share my timeline:  Submitted my ROC at the beginning of January 2017, they received it on January, 17th 2017.

February 26th, 2018 got the glitch message about Case being transferred to local office

April 4th, 2018 Case was transferred to Nebraska (NCS), hardcopy received in the mail within few days

May 7th (today), 2018 received an updated "we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACblabla, and will mail it to the address you gave us. I" - I guess I am approved :)

Never received "Case Approved" status though.

My package of documents wasnt 10 inch fat - I submitted about 20 pictures (including wedding ones). Apartment lease documents for 3 years, joint account (I provided only one month of a statement, but the account was opened years ago), Life insurance (my UC husband was a beneficiary on my life insurance), joint account in a veterinary hospital for our dog (lol); joint bills and correspondence showing that we live in the same place, one account for our phones. That's about it. I did not send any text messages logs or personal emails.

Do you think there is a chance that my "card in production" might be a glitch since i have never received "case approved" update? Or is that it and I shall just wait for the card?

You will get your card. Do not worry! Just enjoy! Some people receive a card without getting an approved letter.

Some officers are very rude, sorry to hear about your experience. You don't need to worry you will have a combined ROC and N-400 interview. It all depends on your field office processing timeline.

Anyone from Csc that the status online shows moved to  local office but still no notice in the mail?

Received notice in the mail that file transferred to NBC in MO

But ’tis a common proof
That lowliness is young ambition’s ladder,
Whereto the climber upward turns his face.
But when he once attains the upmost round,
He then unto the ladder turns his back,
Looks in the clouds, scorning the base degrees
By which he did ascend.
