Hi Everyone,

I would like to send my child to my home country using  our advance parole and come back when aos interview is already scheduled so I can focus on my work and and my legal battles without worrying who will look after her. And prepare for our decent place when my child comes back. It's so hard starting a new life with almost nothing left when you leave your abuser. I am thinking of going with her since she is a minor but I'm worried I can't reenter even with AP. Or I just send her alone as unaccompanied minor?

What do you think guys? Thanks

Hello

I have a question

my prima facie is about to expired.

if I do not extend it is it problem?

do I need to extend it necessarily?

It's totally up to you. If you would like to continue receiving social welfare benefits, then it would be to your advantage to extend it.

Must have been your EAD that was approved. Couldn't have been your greencard

It took two years to get GC. Background checks.  Got the same letter from Ombudman. After had biometrics appt. Got emails for approval.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey

All that notice just tells you is that you have been scheduled for biometrics. After your biometrics, if you filed EAD, they will approve that first within the first 3 months. Takes approximately 3-5 months to have you scheduled for an AOS green card interview depending on how backlogged your zonal office is. Check uscis processing times for your state

Thank you hopeful diva. My EAD was approved on sep 2016. This biometrics will be for AOS.

Prima facie is issued  to apply for public benefits and FAFSA,if you are not using any public benefit then there is no needs to renew the Prima facie
