Hi Folks, I am flying now. I  left NYC 10 hours ago. I was able to fly over the North Pole, Arctic Sea and right now I am flying over the Ural Mountains in Russia. I will arrive in Japan within 4 hour

12/14/2016 Date on the NOA  

12/31/2016 Attorney emailed my Prima Facie (Notice date 12/19/2018)   (180 days)

01/14/2017 Mailed my husband’s birth certificate with the blue receipt that came with my Prima Facie

Is it the same I-485 pending or was it withdrawn then submitted a new one?

It seems unlikely since you already completed the biometrics associated with your current I-485 on file.

No other biometrics is needed. They will use the same one that was done when you filed i485. I am in the same situation  as you are . I filed i485 and did biometrics before filing for vawa

Hi Sandranj ...I got my EAD finally after long wait as previously filed wrong category but later sent the correct one.

i have question i had changed my address and sent the AR -11 form with letter to VSC and rest i485 and i765 had changed it online but my ead approval letter came to my new address but ead card came at my old address . Now as for i360 i guess they have not changed my address so i had scheduled infopass for May to confirm this so if it is not changed will they change or i have to sent again the notarized letter to vsc as it wud be difficult if my i360 decision letter goes to my old address.. pls help..

Rayofhope You must submit a  NOTARIZED letter to Vermont to change the I-360 address, but most of the time they do not update the address. After mailing the letter wait 10 days and go to infopass to make sure they updated. 7 out of 10 people that contacted, because they changed the address and USCIS did not update in their system, and some of them had to go to infopass  2/3 times because USCIS did not change the address.  

 

You should write a letter to  USCIS informing they mailed the EAD  to your old address despite the EAD approval letter was submitted to your present address.

How's that happened without having receipt number

Gramercy, sandranj or anyone else that may know I have a quick question: as VAWA applicants are we allowed to invite someone to come and visit from outside the country? I would love for my mom to come and visit me over the summer and help me with my daughter while she is on summer break. Please give me your insights, thank you
