Amaya why do you need a waiver?

I handled some VAWA cases of abused children and the cases were approved. Most of the cases had a police report,  just 2/3 cases didn't have a police report but they had a  hospital record. What proof are you submitting that your child was molested? To file a police report is up to you but she should have at least a hospital record showing that she was molested.

And the waiver was before all of this happened

Ead was applied under c31  at first. Can i resubmit under c9?

Yes, that's what I did at first, and thanks to Sandranj's advice, I resubmitted it and got my EAD in less than a month.

Hello all- I finally had my AOS interview yesterday- it lasted 15 mins.  The officer smiled and said she will review my case and I'm 10 days I will know the decision.  Is this good or bad? Location Houston TX

VSC went from May 2nd to May 9th for I-360 VAWA petitions. One whole month and only one week further. Seems somewhat inaccurate though considering that July cases are being approved already.

On top It says, as of February 28th.... So I'm guessing as of February 28, they were processing applications for May 9th. But this April, they are currently processing July. Yes, some July applicants have been approved according to sandra. The processing dates and updates are two months behind.

Hello @sandranj and everyone. I'm confused at moment because I got a notification through text and online to attend an interview on my previous i485 which I knew was denied because my spouse withdrew her i130 petition. I have a copy of the denial notice too but I only filed for vawa and did not bother to file to reopen it.

I need help and I'm confused on what to do.
