Hey guys, just received my prima facie in the mail today, I am very happy and pleased I can at least apply for school and maybe food stamps.

Hi everyone, God have a control of any situation,Today I received my work permit,I'm so happy finally can get a job and my dl, ,,,,take only 3 weeks after biometrics. Praise the Lord because he is Good!!!

Usually takes about 30-60 days from Vermont but since you have already done your biometrics, it may be faster for you. Good luck.

please what was you case status saying ?  i applied EAD around DEC 27 2016 and done my Biometrice by March 8 still i have not hed anything. what do you think i   should do ?

My Lawyer filed the I485 ,I360 and Everything else together on January 24 2016,usci received on January 30 2016,got my biometrics done on March 24 2016 and today she call me saying she received my work permit. I don't know much about this process since she did all the paperwork, maybe somebody else can help you 😔😔

They received my packet march 10 and the notice date for the prima facie is April 5th

That takes a bit too long. I would call customer service asking for service request and then fill DHS-7001 online: https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

You can also make InfoPass appointment to make some noise. Good luck!

Hi Sandranj, i finally got my prima facia evidence. I have severe depression and getting treatment for it. My question is should I apply for expedite the vawa process base on that. I have a doctor's note and also my phyc. Evaluation done. I want to go home and be with family for sometime and have change of environment. I have no one to take care and i am scared. 

My lawyer is asking me to only apply for i765 and not i485. Is that even possible.

Please suggest me some thing. I am confused and need help.
