Hello evryone!

i received my NOAs for the i-485 and i-765 both filed after i-360 approval.

My question is, the part where it says "priority date" is blank! Is this normal?

my exwife is a usc.

You don't have a priority date because you wife is a U.S Citizen.

Hello guys! Just wondering how long is it taking for the EAD (c)(9) to arrive from received date (filed on march after i-360 approval which was on feb.)

and how long after EAD received to AOS interview? (Again, file after i-360 approval on feb)

or how do i check this info myself thank you!

On January 31, 2017 Las Vegas field was adjudicating the I-485 received on May 20, 2016. The charter was published 65/67 days ago. We are in April, 2017 then  USCIS is adjudicating now the cases received around July 20, 2016.  Your local office is busy, you will have to wait a long time, 8/9 months,  for your AOS interview.

The AOS interview is not scheduled considering the  EAD issuance. USCIS issues the EAD within 60/90 days and the AOS interview is set up according to the  Local Office workload ok.

12/17 Petition sent (I-360, I-485, I-765, fee waiver)
12/21 Receipt Date
02/02 NOA for Receipt
02/12 NOA for Biometrics
03/03 Biometrics Appointment
03/29 Infopass Appointment
04/03 EAD is being produced
04/06 I-765 is approved

How long does it take for EAD to be received in the mail?

You could expect to receive your EAD in 3 days after the status change to "Card is mailed". It may take 2 to 10 days for USCIS to mail your EAD after card is being produced.

Hi everyone! I filed my I485 in May 2016, the last update on the case is from August 24, saying that my case was transferred to Vermont. Right now they're already processing cases from June/July so mine is past processing time. I tried calling customer support, talking to one of the immigration officers, but no one seems to be able to help. What should my next step be? Should I send a written request regarding my case to Vermont? Thank you in advance for the help!

How do you get a phyc evaluation ? I'm not sure if I just find a psychiatrist and ask for one ? Or my therapist can give me one?

My psychiatrist did it for me. You can check with your therapist, he might recommend you to someone.

I am sure that I am being very impatient. Here is my timeline so far:

February 15 , 2017 Submitted Overnight Delivery (I360, I485, I765)

February 16, 2017 Delivered via USPS

February 17, 2017 USCIS Marked Received

March 1, 2017 Fee Waiver Granted

March 12, 2017 Biometrics Appointment Notice

March 27th, 2017 Biometrics Appointment

If I was going to get a prima facie would that have happened already?

Is there a time frame in which they usually grant a prima facie?  Meaning if you don't get it within XX number of days you aren't likely to get it.

Is it really 4 months waiting time for EAD (I am I485 C9 not that it should make a difference I don't think).

I am completely out of money.  It is serious.  Not rent, nothing.

Do not submit the evaluation without USCIS asking you.

It's possible to expedite VAWA if you meet the USCIS criteria to expedite such as

  • Severe financial loss to company or person ;
  • Emergency situation;
  • Humanitarian reasons;
  • Nonprofit organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States ;
  • Department of Defense or national interest situation (These particular expedite requests must come from an official U.S. government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to the government.);
  • USCIS error; or
  • Compelling interest of USCIS.

IO explained to me in an InfoPass appointent that if you apply for a fee waiver, your case gets transferred to the corresponding unit after fee waiver is granted/on notice date. Looks like yours is March 1st, so count the days from that day. After 75 days you can submit an inquiry but it is normal for EAD approval to take 90-120 days.
