Another update:

December 22nd - I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 received by VSC
February 10th - Notice of Action
March 2nd - Biometrics scheduled for March 9th
March 9th - Biometrics completed
March 14th - Prima Facie (Notice Date February 25th)

My timeline is very similar but I have not received Prima Facie (yet). I know that not everybody gets it. When can I be sure whether I will get it or not?

My timeline:

12/21 Receipt Date (i-360, i-485, i-765)

2/2 Notice of Action

2/12 Biometrics Notice

3/3 Biometrics Appointment

Also it has been 85 days since VSC has received everything. I heard 90 days is the normal duration to receive your EAD or at least the notice that it is in production. How long should I wait until making an Infopass appointment or should i just wait?

It takes a while to get the EAD. I filed in early july and received my EAD in october. It took 4 months total. As for the prima facie it just depends. I received mine a week after filing, but when I applied for a renewal, it took 4 months to get it. Everyone's timeline varies.

please have anyone had something about I 360 filed  around MAY 2016, i need answers please

Do you have an attorney? They can help you inquire. I was also advised to send a notarized letter to vermont to find out the status of my case. Other steps you can take are to contact the ombudsman or congressman to help you.

I received a notice requesting additional evidence today on my i360, so I'm waiting in the mail what probably it could be, I'm a bit nervous because I really don't know what they're going to ask for. I hope and pray I can handle it when I receive the mail.

When did you file your i360?

Guys! I'm having a hard time getting a police clearance. They don't seem to know what I'm talking about when ever I call the police department to ask if I can obtain one. One of the policemen even told me to go to ICE and ask them for police clearance since it was immigration related lol! I'm getting frustrated ... How else can I get this clearance pls? Am I going through the wrong route asking via the police department? Is there another way to get it? I have been able to obtain one from my country of origin and previously submitted a state wide criminal background check with my vawa application. The only thing left to perfect my good moral standings is just proof of police clearance from my current place of residence in the US. Help pls! Thanks

What state are you in? I was able to do mine online and via mail for GA, NC, and MN. I can help you research how to do it for your state if you like, if you are lucky your state may have an online or mail in option. If I remember it took about two weeks to get mine back

Hey hopeful diva,

what i did was google background check in my state which is GA. From there it sent me to the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) website. And clicked on what I needed which was clearance for immigration purposes . It cost around 35 dollars to get the fingerprint done and they send the result to your address within a week or less.

Thanks a lot! I'll try to see if there a bureau of investigation for my state. But was it a state wide background check you received or an actual police clearance?

Statewide police clearance  that covers everything as far as counties and cities in the state you live. Did you receive rfe for the local police clearance or you just want to get that one as well?

I havnt received RFE yet but I just want to submit it because i suspect they will still ask even though I have submitted a state wide criminal check
