Did you get a prima facie? My prima facie came with a blue form and said if you want to send any additional documentation send it in with a copy of the blue form

If not I suspect a simple letter maybe with a copy of your receipt notice will get the form to the right place.

Nope, no prima facie yet.  Nor do I have a receipt for the I-360 yet, I just have the receipt I-765 for some reason.

I filed abril 2016, approved feb 2017 including a rfe on octuber.

i hope you get approved soon.

@sadness1 i'm sitting on fire. I know there's nothing I can do but thinking about it just makes me feel anxious and worried.

What does it say that makes you think that?please be more specific this process is very stressful to keep adding more stress to it.

I don't see how, it addresses people who are outside the US and seeking entry into the US and they are citizens of specific countries or seeking entry in refugee status. I may be wrong, but I didn't  see anything about VAWA AOS. Let us know if you have a different insight.

Hello good day everyone. I checked my mailbox and I received my notices with the receipt numbers for my i360, i485 but nothing on the i765. Is it okay without it?

 

Mailed on 16th Feb overnight delivery. 

Received 17th Feb 

Notice date 2nd March.

Hello everyone. I read someone who applied Jun 2016 got approval this February but USCIS processing time says they are working with April 2016!! How does this Times work? I applied September 2016.

Yes it's correct as stated on the timeline. It states that as of December 31st they were processing April 2016 filers. That gives an 8 month timeframe. Currently we're in March so my best guess will be that they're on July 2016 filers.

So in your case it might be in May if all goes well as we continue to hope and pray. Hope this helps
