Hello all and happy new year! I need a little help with my forms. Form I360 Do I fill out any of Part 4 if I'm in US?                                     Form I912 I am using low income. My daughters and I receive WIC and they get SNAP benefits but I don't. Will the agencys' letters stating they receive benefits be enough or Do I have to choose #1 in Part 1 and complete  Part 4, the means tested benefits table?                                      

Do i put the amount I receive from SNAP for #7 (total additional income)              

I am self employed and get paid cash. Will a notarized letter stating my pay be sufficient since I don't have paystubs?

Happy 2017 Sandra, I sent out my 1 360 and my 1 765 package and since my 1 485 is still pending I didn't send it out. Now, I have a question, is it possible to send letter to my uscis office to hold on my letter until a decision is made? Or I have to make an infopass appointment

Good evening everyone. After a year and a few months finally, there is an update on my case finally my case is assigned my case to an officer.   We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you. 

I filed my vawa case in September 2015 tnx to you guys and sharing your journeys it gave me hope so far, I hope everything will be ok

gramercy with prima facie you can get medicaid and you can apply for FAFSA ( Federal Student Aid) as well, that is it.

strongstaystrong you can ask UCIS to put a hold in your  I485, but if your husband withdraws the affidavit of support then USCIS will deny the AOS. Usually USCIS ignores  letters to put the AOS on hold, and they set up the interview, but you can try tho.

I'm so anxious nervous confused. Me and my child are victims of domestic violence: verbal, financial,mental, emotional, psychological. My 485 scheduled for interview on Feb9 based on I 130 by my spouse. I'm on same sex marriage. It's been very tormenting couple of months coz she's been threatening me of not showing up to interview.sometimes she says she would when things go her way. Can I file 360 based on Vawa to replace my 130? I just got my EAD lastwk of Dec2016. Will my pending 485 based on 130 still be effective?

Thank you that's definitely useful...

I just don't have SSN or Driver's License, Do I qualify with Prima Facie?

Should I even apply for SSN or should I wait until I receive my EAD so my SSN would state that I am authorized to work?

You  don't need a SSN to have prima facie.

 

The  social  security office will  not issue you  a  SSN  without you having  a work permit.

Is it possible to obtain a SSN with my prima facie letter & NOA I-765 & I-485?

Also How can I expedite my EAD since everything depends on it?

 

I initially submitted a letter with my packet with all supporting documents as proof showing financial loss/hardship but it wasn't even acknowledged.

I also called USCIS to request expediting the work permit & got a reference number... which shows now a response has been sent but I didn't receive it yet & there is no change whatsoever to my case status.

 

I know this is a long journey but EAD is the only way to become self sufficient while I wait
