If you have a pending I-360, I-485 and I-765, you will receive your EAD approximately 90 days after filing for it. If you only file I-360 and I-765, you will receive it after I-360 is approved.

hello what should i do i filled for the i-360 i-765 and i-485  still i have not had anything from them the i-765 was filled Dec 27 2016  please i need help to get my ead at list thanks

Have you contacted your congressman to inquire about the status of your i360? You may also schedule an infopass 

 

because you filed for ead and AOS after i360 was filed , they may not approved it until your i360 is approved. If you had filed both concurrently (same time) with your i360, then you would have gotten it within 90 days

Did you file form I-765 category C9? because many attorneys are filing with the wrong category.If you filed the right category then you should contact your congress person to inquire on your behalf and contact the USCIS ombudsman as well.

Did you submit any AOS in the past? because you mentioned if you submit a new AOS,  if it's still pending then you can get a work permit while your I-360 is waiting for adjudication. If the AOS denied then you can file a new AOS and put  category C9 in your I-765.

 The person can file the  I-485 and I-765 (category C9) anytime. It's not necessary to file concurrently with I-360, or having the VAWA approved.

My work Permit expires in January, but I do have a COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE wouldn't want it to expire. Can I reapply for it now? My case was filed in November and received my work Permit end of January and haven't heard anything from USCIS Since. I had a pending AOS with my ex, that's still pending.
