@sandranjI received EAD before based on my marriage. But my EAD was revoked soon as my I485 based on marriage was denied. I got a denial letter in which it stated that I should return the EAD to the local USCIS office, but I didn't. So my question if  this could affect my renewal of I765 based on Pending VAWA I485? I haven't got update yet since I765 was received on April 25. Thank you again for all your kind replies to me.

I applied I-360 and I-485 in May of 2016.

Already got my EAD, but no RFE, nothing!!

I'm feel anxious about it, because is over than 13 months.

I need to see my mom😭

Wow that is a long time! I would immediately do both of the following:

1) Contact your local Congressman's office for help. They will reach out to USCIS directly on your behalf.

2) Contact the Ombudsman. Here's the information about obtaining case assistance: https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

That's a long wait. They are really behind on a lot of cases. Hopefully you hear something soon ....x

Isn't it 90 days from the receipt date, not the notice date?!

You calculate everything from notice date unfortunately. I originally thought it was receipt date but I went to an Infopass appointment and the IO explained that USCIS doesn't start working on your case until they write up the notice.
