Hi guys! I have a quick question. My case (I485) has been transfered to NBC, so I765 has been transfered concurrently with I485? Or I765 is still in VSC? I just received a transfer notice of I485, not I765.

"This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transfered the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:  (Lee's Summit)

That office will notify you the decision made on the application or petition."

 

Does this mean I will not be scheduled an interview at the local office?

The NBC will ship the case withing 20/30 days to the local office and the local office will schedule the interview.But the local offices are taking a long time to schedule the interview,5/9months.

You should contact your congress person and contact USCIS ombudsman  as well.

The EAD is issued by VSC.

I am looking to get my phyciatric evaluation done , but they are expensive it costs $1500 to get it done. I need to check if anyone knows if that's correct or can we find cheap options. I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this. I stay in Dallas,tx.

Have you tried your local hospital ? Try Google bevause most people u heard of go to the hospital and it's free or pay 250 the most if you tell them it's for VAWA.

Hi everyone Here goes my progress.

 

i360 & i485 were filed concurrently 12/21/16

2/2/17 receive i797c response that the fee was waive for i360 and my date of birth was updated on i485.

 

2/17/17 received appt for biometric 

3/1/17 biometric was done 

 

4/12/17 after sharing my progress on this

forum. I learnt that I would not receive a work permit unless I file i765. I contacted my lawyer, he thought that he had file i765 but he didn't.

 

4/13/17 i765 was filed with a copy of i485 & i360 receipt and also a copy of my biometric appt letter.

 

4/28/17 my i765 form along with accompanied documents were returned to me along with a blue sheet on top. Stating that my application could not be accepted because I did not include a few of $410.00 due to fee changes effective 12/23/16.

 

However, they advised me that that in order to speed up the process. I should also attached the payment to the entire package and return it to Vermont.

 

4/28/17 I mailed package with fee

5/18/17 receive notice that my application was      received.
