He needed an waiver to overcome some inadmissibility but USCIS did not ask him the waiver.He called me early morning today to tell me the good news.

Hi Folks, I am flying now. I  left NYC 10 hours ago. I was able to fly over the North Pole, Arctic Sea and right now I am flying over the Ural Mountains in Russia. I will arrive in Japan within 4 hour

When did you file for i765? My receipt date is april 21,2017.

My reciept date was july 28, 2016 and i was approved May 2,2017 but uscis didnt let me know till may 24,2017.  So i think our approval is coming very soon. Best of luck
