For all of us that are in this waiting process.

" But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it."

Romans 8:25

Let's keep our faith in the Lord, believing that our petitions will be approved soon. "The best is yet to come."

 Have all a great weekend!

Ok, have you gotten your new interview date? I heard it now takes them 30-45 days to transfer from NBC to local office. I'm guessing your file should have gotten to local office since

No i haven't heard anything , I recently relocated to another state , i changed my address and I'll be going to an infopass next week to make sure everything is good and probably get to know where my file is at...

I notice each person here got some form of response from USCIS within a month of submitting I 360...but it's been 7 weeks and all I got was a letter stating fees waved nothing more....is something wrong?

That's the same response I got in January. Nothing else as yet and I file my i360 in December.

Any August/September 2016 I-360 Approvals yet?

Hi,

I sent my I-360 and I-485 forms on September 27, 2016 , I don't have any update since then. it says ' Fees were waived ..

I have received my EAD card on December 22, 2016.

When should I expect my approval ? Do you have any idea. My lawyer and Sandra told me 8 /9 months, I am already in my 9th month and very stressfull :(

I would like to go to my country with my EAD card.

Looks like processing times are more around 10 months currently, so I would inquire if you haven't heard anything by the end of July.

Sandranj, the only thing I had as proof of his status was the i-130 approval notice that says Wife of us citizen. I also have a copy of his A number and ssn. Do i still need to do a FOIA request to get his certificate of naturalisation?

You  don't need to request a FOIA,  you  can should submit a copy  of the I130  and ask Uscis to search in their  database a copy of his birth certificate. They will not take your  l130 approval and just think oh he is American, they use the  approval to locate the file and get a copy of the birth certificate.

Hi Klsbrn,

We have a close timeline. My  receipt date is September, 29. No updates since then either.

I was wondering, what date should we count? The receipt date or the notice date?

Is there anyone who successfully expedited your case? My husband is a green card holder. I can't work until my Vawa gets approved. I haven't worked for two years. I am counting pennies to live. I can't borrow money from my family any more. I am wondering if personal financial hardship can be used as a reason to expedite the case. The vawa is taking longer and longer. Mine has been 7 months.

Klsbrn,

You cannot go to your country just with your EAD card. You need an advance parole. And if you have this document, is just counseling to travel abroad if you are not out of status.

I was told by the IO at an InfoPass appointment to count from Notice Date.

I don't think you can request to expedite I-360. You can only request to expedite I-765 and I-485 but unfortunately you will have to wait until your I-360 approval for that it seems.
