Mine was approved August 2016. Local office san bernardino ca.  I was convicted of brandishing a weapon foe defending my spouse. It wasn't worth it. :`(

Yes the conviction may be why your case is being delayed. Have you gone for infopass to check in with your local office or emailed your congressman to help you check in? It might help

Yes i did both. Ombudsman helped me to expedite biometrics but now i m just waiting for my interview.   On August will be one year waiting for aos approval.

My problem is that i injured my vertebral column while working and  i need my aos approved in order to apply  for SSI ,my SDI expires on august . I don't know what to do.

That's too long, there are people who have same timeline with you and have already gotten their Greencards. I pray that you get your interview scheduled soon. It may also be that your local office is backlogged with a lot of work... sometimes that delays scheduling too

I hope it is backlog because i don't know what to do , nobody wants to give me work because they notice my injury. :````(

True. Medicaid is not a problem at all,if the person has the income bellow the poverty line receiving food stamp is fine too.

04/01/2017 - Police Clearances sent to USCIS Vermont

04/06/2017 - Online status update that additional correspondence received by USCIS

04/03/2017 -  I-765; I-485; I-131 packet sent to USCIS Vermont

04/06/2017 -  Packet received

04/19/2017 -  Online status update + NOA received in the mail

05/04/2017 -  Biometrics appointment

I don't understand why they sent you a prima facie before receiving the police clearance.  They requested rfe for police clearance from me soon after they received my i360 . I sent them and I'm still waiting for a prima facie so i can receive federal student aid
