Hi guys and @sandranj. Hope you all are well. I need your help in my case. So my interview for I-485 under marriage is pending and ready to be scheduled for an interview, I'm hoping I'll get an interview date this month. My EAD was sent back to USCIS because for some unknown reason, and I requested to resend the card on my new address. I updated the address online and got an infopass to check if they updated it, and they did. Now the response to my request to resend the card came in my new address but instead of the card they sent me AR-11 form. What should I do from here? Should I reply the AR-11 back or should I just tell them in the interview?

Hi @sandranj

the status states that because the post office could not deliver it

You have to find out which address they tried to deliver your mail.

They delivered it to my old address/house I used to live with my ex-spouse that was the address when I applied for AOS marriage base. By the time they delivered it I have already escaped from that place.

What is the wise thing to do? Reply them back with AR-11 only or reply them back that I have a pending I-360? Or just wait for the interview?

What's your Notice Date? I assume April 6th is your Receipt Date?

Hmm I'm not sure I know. Online it says Last updated April 19, 2017. The update says "On April 6, 2017 we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-765.."

Did you receive Form I-797 (Notice of Action)? April 6th is the Receipt Date. Typically you calculate from Notice Date on.

For example my Receipt Date was 12/21 and my Notice Date 2/2. My status got updated on 4/3 that my card is in production. That is 60 days after Notice Date, which seems quite early. Typically I would suggest for you to expect around 90 days until production before you need to worry.
