Print the messages and keep them incase you get RFE for further proof of abuse.

@NICOLA2017 May be your lawyer thought you already have other sufficient evidence or may have neglected the details (sadly that's common)

Since you just filed for VAWA recently (I think you said you got the receipts a couple of weeks ago)... if you have the prima facie letter it included a blue receipt, you may submit additional supporting documents and send to VSC with that receipt. It may help to discuss it with your lawyer as well.

My approved I-360+merged I485 is currently on the way to NBC , i live in the South but relocating to the North over the weekend , do you think its okay to change my address to where I'm relocating to and also go to an infopass appointment over there to confirm with them or just wait till they send to my current local office ?

 

Note:  I have already once had interview for the I-485 here where i currently live but a decision could not be made and they said it'll be merged to my I-360.. On my 1-360 approval it states that i'll receive a separate notice in the mail regarding my pending I-485.. I'm  just worried what if they asked me to go for another bio-metrics and I've already relocated .... Pls advice me...

Has anybody here had experience going through aos that is out of normal processing time?  My aos has been pending since August 2016 , i contacted ombudsman and they got me my biometrics appointment on may 12 2017.  Ombudsman told me that upon capturing my biometrics they would transfer my case to my local field office but it has been more than two weeks and i haven't receive appointment for interview. Anyone going through the same experience?

February 24 approval. (2017)

 

i-485 (2017) 

Received date march 24.

I-765 (2017) 

Received date march 28.

I-485 Biometrics notice date april 14.

(Done may 1)

I-485 April 24 case was transfered to a new office NBC.

I-765 may 2 new card is being produced.

I-765 may 4 we mailed your new card.

I-765 may 11 EAD in hand. (44 days total from received date)

Could you tell that kind of RFE of your 1st and 2nd one?

You have to change your address, file form AR11. USCIS is messy and they rarely update the address. After changing the address wait 10 days and go to infopass to make sure they updated your address. Go to the USPS where are you living and ask them to forward all mails to your new address.
