If I  file I-765 category 31 now whiling i-360 pending,  is this way faster than I submit it after I-360 approval.

I mean is the waiting time/processing time the same for two categories?

Dec 2016 applied to renew my ead

Feb 2017 submitted 360 and i485 no i765 include

April 10th received letter from uscis stated that in order to speed up the process they transferred the ead file to vermont and has a new jurisdiction will notified me once a decision is made.

It has been 1 month and 1 week now 

My partner abuser is a usc and do i need to specify  under c9?

I mean i am waiting and too much bills also confusing.

 I came to court and they even didn't hear me. I just swear to tell the truth and judge asked me if everything what I wrote the truth. I said yes. And he said okay then u will recieve temporary for two month. I was one minute in a court room. But he was arrested before and we had an Oder of protection, and I came with police report I did a couple days before . And counsel from center of victims of domestic violence helped to wrote a petition for me. This person I showed abusive messages I printed before from his number and massages of prove him harassing me and stalking. At police I showed these messages too. I printed like two hundred recent abusive and harassing messages. 

I also brought previous Oder of protection and my report when he was arrested .

Today I went to center of victims for domestic violence to show my divorce for and family layer before signing it and for me it looked like okay. But lawyers was shocked. They said it said like its uncontested divorce but he asking me to support him after a divorce and pay all fees, it was like 4 layers gathered and they found 2 more violations, they said if they don't know who he is devorcing they would think he is divorcing some very rich woman and I even not working. I'm so glad these people are helping. I don't even what I would do withought their help. God bless them. 

He wants to kill me not only phisical but emotional too.  I can't deal with these police anymore. I became like paranoic. 

Layer also said he is doing all these police reports so I have arrest record and will not be eligible for these Vawa . ☹️

Im scared of this mental sick person. The worst will be if I sit here in prison for doing anything.

Safe Horizon . Very good people working there. God bless them! If not they I would already die. I can't competite with him. He is doing crazy stuff and is sure that he is right. He said"  u are nobody here , remeber who is a citizen here and who police will listen to. U don't even have a right to put ur foot on this ground."

It is just sad. I can't even count the times I heard "you're nothing"  "I will destroy you"  "I'll get you thrown in jail"... stay strong dear, God is watching.

To receive the work permit before 

Vawa adjudication  you  need to file  l765 (category C 9),considering  that your  AOS  is pending.

So do i need to file a new i 765 under c9 to vermont? If yes why msc transferred the ead renewal to vermont and lets them know is under c9 straight.

I mean it confused me

As stated by the Immigration Law an EAD can be renewed  upon the expiration of a previous EAD issued under the same category. File an e -request online to inquire about the EAD  because you filed over 90 days ago.

When u are writing affedative from yourself is it good idea to retall that I noticed his some aggressive behaviors before marriage ? Because he was always too jeleous . We came to restaurants and if waiter was good looking he starts behaving mad. And chasing me before marriage. He also was looking at my phone when I didn't have passwords. It was before marriage.
