As far as I am aware, and according to this link: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485-addresses , with a pending I-360, The EAD/AOS docs should be sent to the Chicago Lock Box. They may well forward it to VSC or another Service Center depending on regional case loads, but I do believe it must originate at the lock-box. Hopefully someone else can weigh-in to confirm.

Good luck and hope you get receipt notice soon!

If you read carefully on that website, the 2nd section is the VAWA I-485 filing address. The first section regarding I-360, but not including "VAWA".

Ah, that could be why. We did originally send it to VSC but they sent it back to us. I wonder what the correct filing location is then for a I-485/I-765 as part of a subsequent filing when an I-360 is pending but not yet approved?

I got my 10 year GC in the mail today!!! Praise the LORD, thank you for all of your prayers and thank you @sandranj for the help and hope you've given to us all.

They did not change my last name to my maiden name like I had requested in my interview (I am not complaining I am grateful I just don't want to be tied to that man).  Has anyone changed their Last name on their GC?  If so what form and how long does it take for them to do it- can I use my existing GC until they send the new one?

Congratulations! God is amazing. All the best now.

All documents regarding VAWA, I-485, and I-765 must be submitted to VSC. Some attorneys submit the I-765 to Chicago, but this delay the I-765 a lot because when they receive the I-765 in Chicago they have to forward to VCS.

You use the i90 form and there is a pretty steep fee. (around 500$ but you may be able to apply for the fee waiver). It takes a very long time to get a replacement card. From the discussions Ive read recently on VJ it seems to be taking around 9 months!! You can get a 551 stamp from infopass for while you wait. The stamp is also proof of status. But you shouldnt have any issues using the card with the wrong name as long as you have proof of the name change (divorce papers usually cover this) Do your divorce papers state you are going back to your maiden name?

hi ashan, how much did you pay for psychological evaluation? thanks

I paid 200.00, but they wanted to charge anywhere from 500 -800, but I told them it was for VAWA and they reduced the price.
