No, I have , I brought all papers which I have . Police arrest of him, previous Oder of protection. The laywer just gave me clue which else I should bring to start filing case.

To prove binaries marriage - dog certificate we bought before marriage on his name, jeweler certificates he bought for me on his name, one cable bill, pharmacy cards under his name, dental under his name, joint taxes for two years, western union checks his name sending to my mother, packages checks both my mother sending on his name and he sending to my mother, his credit card he gave to me to use, because we can't do my mine I had lack of papers to do in his bank, postal cards with congratulation from my relatives.

i have a lot of his cards where he is congratulate me with some holidays and souvenirs from some sport games he put there sign too, but he is using not mine real name ( as we met at dating site and was communicating long time there before meeting in real life and I had different name there so he used to call me that name and usually called me this name, so all his congratulation cards he wrote this name and even in text massages he is using this name) should I explain this somehow ? Or just not put these greeting cards?

@NICOLA2017 Can you please clarify a bit for us all. Is your upcoming interview based on your vawa or based on your marriage. And if yes for either how are you going to show up for the interview?

Right now I'm working on one more Oder of protection, he is harassing me and my friends and then going to police and writing reports on us. As I know he did already two reports, now he texted me yesterday as if somebody texting me him and asking money for me otherwise we will call police on him. He claims it's my friend texts him. He did some computer number and texting himself, nobody texts him! Monday I have court hope they will give me Oder of protection. He is sick on his head. When I asked him how could u file fake police reports u were harassing us, he answered : remeber who is citizen here , who police will believe . I have this at messages. I went to police showed all his abusive messages and show this massage that he is threatening go again and report on me. They helped me to file report.

he wants to put me in jail so they will deport me.

@aquila I have no idea that's my problem..my original status updated for my marriage B.C. on January 7 saying ready for interview ...but after I submitted my VAWA April 14 the day I got the receipts the status of my interview changed again to May 10...i don't know am confused .

Your claim of bonafide marriage doesn't seem strong enough. Do you have your wedding certificates, photos of you two together, wedding photos, any bills or anything in both of your names and not just his name only. You may also want to get affidavits from family members who know about your union. Also documents showing that you bore your married name. And of course the most important part will be your self affidavit explaining your courtship, wedding, marriage and all that. You can also include the texts, cards and all that you mentioned above with explanation in your affidavit about them.

I'll advice you to stop communicating with him. The more you do, the more you give him a chance to keep acting up. Just ignore his actions from this point forward and file the restraining order tomorrow

I don't know what's going on at all at this point.on January when my status updates to interview is ready to be scheduled that was for my GC. through marriage but now the date has changed to May 10 i dont know why that's why am lost

Regarding Prima Facie determinations:

 

I know some people never receive them and get approved, apparently.  Has anyone specifically asked for one post filing?  I have had no RFE's , have received my EAD but no mention of a Prima Facie determination.  I sent a letter specifically requesting one in April.  Any thoughts?

I don't think prima facie is something that you can request for as the decision to issue one lies solely on VSC. Yes you can.  I did not apply "solely" for a Prima Facie determination.

It is up to the person that reviewed ur case, if you receive it.  However, u have ur EAD and can work, why do u still need prima facie?
