Hi there - as I posted previously we had my interview on 6th feb, and no decision was made, we sent in the requested tax forms and emails from the time we were engaged, 2 days after interview. However we havent heard anything yet should we be worried and carry on waiting. Also my I-94 Departure card (white one) is dated May 03 2007 - will I go out of status if I dont hear anything by then?

I have a friend of mine, who also had an interview and they asked her to submit a letter from her employer, which she did back in october... she just got her green card on the mail 2 weeks ago... so, you might have to wait.

Once you file for AOS, you will be "pending" and therefore not out of status until you hear a decision from USCIS. So as long as you haven't been denied, you are ok. However, do not leave the country if you dont have an AP or if you have any overstays in the past.
