Just called and they said no interview date for my case.  She said they are working on April 15 case

try to call nvc they have already schedule your interview is not by the end of this month you will get your interview.

I think we might misunderstood the above quote.  Probably it meant the "case will move monthly". It does not mean it will move a month ahead.

I believe it will move monthly, because in the other visa categories they are talking about going to move 5 weeks or whatever, I also believe that it will move a month because I had last year's bulletin comparing the month of March there it said up a month and really Moved a month. I hope

oh WoW.. I don't know if the embassy is busy in Cambodia (Phnom Penh). Anyway, who set up the interview date for F2A, NVC or Consulate? I went to Phnom Penh consulate site and the last interview they published was 2/17.  So maybe I need to wait until 3/17 to see the update IL.
