Had interview, was approved, CEAC says "no status"

My fiance's interview in London was on 12/12. We have heard nothing about this visa and passport getting to him so we checked his CEAC status with his application id from his ds 160, under non-immigrant and it says no status. When we try to check it under immigrant with our case number, it just says invalid. His flight out is January 7th. Can someone shed some light on this please? We are very concerned. He even contacted the courier and they said they have not even received the visa.

to check the status you use the LND number. if thats what you are using and it says invalid i would contact the embassy using their contact form they do reply quickly

We did use the case number, and ds-160 id number, and all the other combinations you can think of. It either says no status or invalid. My fiance already filled out the form earlier today and we have heard nothing.

Oh no! Sorry to hear. Its so risky booking a flight before getting visa in hand.

My fiance and I have found some success in writing to the London Embassy (with signature confirmation).

Today we tried contacting via "contact us" and got an error message when trying to submit. Its frustrating that London doesn't have a phone number for immigration. (None that I know of at least)
