Hi, I called the NVC today and it says that my case has started being viewed today. I received a checklist on October 29 and sent it back on October 31. they received my documents on November 3, last Thursday November 15 completed the 6 weeks, and Friday 11/16 I was able to speak to a supervisor. Since they started viewing the file today how long I will have to wait til getting a case complete? Thank you

takes about 1 year for the process to complete...be patient

It takes one year when you send to USCIS. Mine is already at NVC. The didn;t go through my file during the 6 weeks, so now the supervisor is viewing it. They said it takes up to 6 weeks, but I wanted to know that since its already being viewed, if it goes faster.
