Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone has any experience with a Class B condition. Long story short, about 10 years my now spouse was exposed to and treated for syphilis in their home country. Once exposed, syphilis will always show up as reactive during blood work, which is what happened when the blood test was done by the civil surgeon. So, since the treatement was done out of the US, they insisted on redoing the treatment here. When we got the medical back, the box "Class B condition" was checked. If I remember correctly, it said "Class B condtion, treated in the last year" and listed the dates of treatment and doses done in the US.

Does anyone see this as an issue? Or has experienced something similar? From what I have read, it stated a Class A condtion makes someone inadmissable. If I am understanding it correctly, a Class B condtion is ok?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. All our petitions/applications were mailed....and I have been losing sleep worrying that this could be our only issue with AOS.

Thanks so much for any info!!
