IMBRA Form Question, should I fill it out?

Happy Holidays to everyone and I hope everyone is doing well. I have a possible IMBRA question for you all.

Late last month, my fiancé and I received a request from USCIS for more information about the dating site we met on (FilipinoCupid). They wanted us to prove wether or not the site was a marriage broker. We have since received a letter from the site's staff providing information they are not a broker as well as printing out their Terms of Service which further proves they are not. However, FilipinoCupid's staff mentioned an optional IMBRA form which I could fill out and send to USCIS.

My question is should I fill out the IMBRA background form or just go ahead and mail the information we have gathered? My dad is a lawyer and says we shouldn't fill out the form, but I also wanted to ensure that I don't receive anymore information requests if I can help it.

Sorry for the long post, but I just like to be detailed. (lol) As always, any information you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated. 1f60a.png^_^

Kind Regards,

Joel

Generally just providing their "Terms of service" is enough; but if you have a actual letter also that's even better.

Wouldn't worry about the IMBRA form.
