Question 32. Do you intend to work in the U.S? Yes> No>

(If YES, give the name and complete address of U.S. employer)

What do I put for this?? I dont have a job in america, but obviously I do intend t work there.....but if I put yes, they want to see a name and address of an employer...! :wacko::blink:

It's not obvious at all that you intend to work after you move to the USA. Nevertheless, recognizing that DS-156 is the application form used for all types of non-immigrant visa, it becomes apparent that this question has less significance for K-visa applicants than for other types of NIV applicants.

The basic rule of honesty applies here as elsewhere. If you intend to work, answer 'yes'. If you know already who your employer will be, write it down. If you do not know, write that down. 'To be determined' is one elegant way of saying it.

:( I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT THIS BEING SUCH A STUPID QUESTION....I was wondering how to answer that as well....ITS A DEFINITE CONTRADICTION!!!!!
