PD June/20/2016

I-485/I-130/I-765 filed all together NBC Missouri

I came here on B1/B2 and i met my wife while here and we decided to stay together ( i didn't overstay)

We received an RFE regarding I-864

USCIS received our response on October/31/2016

Few days later USCIS sent me a notice of applicant about I-693 eventhough i already sent them the sealed envelope when i applied!

In mid November EAD was approved

as of today i checked online and I-485 is still : We received your response .....

Why they havn't Schedule us for an interview yet? what should i do?

EAD received:  11/15/2016

Approved: 12/06/2019

Green Card received: 12/12/2019 ❤️📬

From the scale (Link) below, looks like Boston is taking 191 days for interview. Especially since you are adjusting from a visitors visa.

All you can do is wait.

Delivered: Sept. 15th 2016 to Chicago Lock Box

Interview Feb  21st, 2018 for I-485

Interview  May 13th, 2019 for I-130 Stokes interview ( 2 minutes)

NOID issued May 17th 2019

June 5th,2019   USCIS received my response on the  NOID// Addressed the NOID myself, No lawyer ever used in case.

July 1st, 2019  10 YEAR GREEN CARD APPROVED

July 5th, 2019   Approval letters for I-130 & I-485 received in the USPS  mail.

July 11th 2019   Green Card in Hand

I believe it's true that i have to wait and be more patient, but i don't really know how it's related to Boston since my file is

at NBC and has never been transferred to a field office.

You live in Boston, correct? that is the address you used on your forms?, Eventually your file will reach the Boston field office, and that is where you will have your interview.

That's correct but i've visited USCIS Boston and the officer there confirmed that my file isn't there.

I hope my file will go there soon, Boston officers were so nice and welcoming when i've visited !

You WILL interview in Boston, it takes time for file to be transferred there.

You doing AOS from a visitors visa, so there is 100% you will be interviewed. So take this time to prepare for interview and your evidence of a bona fide marriage.
