Mel's mom, just called and told me that the approval notice arrived in the mail yesterday. Notice Date 08/01/07.

Believe me, the rest of you guys are going to get your approvals very soon.

Isn't it just weird that some of you guys' online statuses work and some just have to wait for the hardcopy of the NOA2?? gee USCIS!

Exactly!!! Their system just SUCK!!! anyway, I'm happy seeing my fellow NOA1ers approved!

I hope the waiting time for NVC won't take so long after the long wait from USCIS!

Thank you my friend, it was about time indeed! Exactly a month later than I had expected.

Actually my fiance was in contact with a sub-manager at CSC just before that, and kicked his a$$ big time. The guy promised to handle our application personally. Approval notice appeared on the same day.

See, if you don't keep kicking them they never move...

jessel and chris.. i hope we too can celebrate just like the others have been.. i am too is sad..i don't know what else to thnk and do if this week have gone by and still no noa2.. while others who got their noa2s later are getting theirs.. I'm a March filer and not even an April filer.. but I'm in this thread since my noA1 is april 12... i wish you the best jessel and chris.. you might be next.. God bless..

kits_24_faith its too sad my fiance called this morning and still nothing...Look at those April filer who got their NOA2 already are before and after April 12. No one was approved from April 12 filer my gosh! Whats going on?Is that right? we should have it by now... I'm losing hope....No kits_24_faith you might be next because you filed it March and we filed it April 6th so you might be the next...I wish you all the best....

hmmm...i wonder why you april 12 filers are taking soooo long?!?! maybe you'll surprisingly and unexpectedly get it in the mail instead! BTW, Velmark whose NOA1 is april 10th are just the same as you guys.

I think I remember reading in Huskerkiev's post that a box is assigned to someone and if they go on holiday they are supposed to put it back on the shelf for re-assignment but that sometimes they leave it booked out on their desk until they come back. Perhaps this is what happened to the April 12 box. Hopefully you will see some movement soon.

hi.. congrats eric.. im thrilled to see that an April 12 NOA1 has finally been approved.. but I'm still kind of sad and scared because atleast you were expecting it because of your touches.. you got touch on the 7th.. and that is a big hint.. but me and for some april 12 filers.. no touches.. so that means they haven't been assigned.. i hope by friday the rest of the april 12 batch gets their noa2.. by the way i sent mine as well back in March 19.. u sent yours March 15..

jessel chris.. ONE APRIL 12 NOA1 HAS BEEN APPROVED..IT WAS ERIC.. BUT LIKE I SAID I DON'T WANT TO GET TOO EXCITED BECAUSE HE GOT A TOUCHED ON THE 7TH.. WHICH GIVES HIM A BIG HINT THAT HE WILL GET A GOOD NEWS.. SO FAR BOTH OF US HAVE NO TOUCHES.. SO BASICALLY WE HAVE NO CLUE IF IT'S BEEN ASSIGNED OR WHATEVER.. I DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK.. I received the email from CRIS at 09.30 Central time. My two touches were indeed towards an NOA2 dated 8/7/07. Thank you Lord.

Kits 4 Faith...Hang in there buddy, and I would certainly be on the phone to them today if I were you. As unreliable as the email/online system has been there is now way to know for certain where your petition is at. Hang in there.
